- Length

- Width
- 1,695mm
- Height
- 1,980mm
- Wheelbase
- 2,570mm
Wheelbase is the distance between the front and rear axle lines, not overall length. These values apply only to the named reference, not every year, version or adapted training car.
Manual pedals: clutch, brake, accelerator.
Know these differences first.
The left pedal is the clutch
A conventional manual layout is clutch, brake, accelerator from left to right. The left foot operates the clutch; the right foot operates the brake and accelerator. Identify them with your instructor while safely parked.
Read the shift pattern on your own vehicle
Hiace gearboxes, shift patterns and reverse selection can differ by year. Use the markings and manual for the actual vehicle, and ask your instructor to explain reverse selection.
Not every Hiace has these dimensions
The illustrated 4,695 × 1,695 × 1,980 mm figures are for Toyota Brunei’s standard-body Panel Van. At verification, Toyota Hong Kong separately lists 5,265 × 1,950 × 1,990 mm. Confirm mirrors, roof accessories and training modifications as well.
